What's Apps place in our Company

So a long time ago we worked on using this website's built-in messaging system to communicate quickly to everyone when we needed to get things out to people. We did find a few issues with this process during our trial and decided it was not the best option out there. We have recently (for 6 months) been using What's App as the free option to replace the website for quick, mass, and targeted communication very successfully.

With our trip coming up to America very soon the need to move over to a data-based communication solution is even more important so we have made the decision to move over to What's App across the company. So if you haven't downloaded it yet can you please do this ASAP and let me know when you have.

I will be updating the current chat groups over the rest of the week and making some important ones for Baringa, Gympie, and Transport so everyone can be on the same page when things happen.
