We are back in the country

Hi all, yes it is true, we got back Wednesday morning at about 9:30 am. I have kept this quiet because I have been doing transport runs and meetings. I also have a few health appointments today.

Below you will see my roster for next week. This is as always, subject to change, but from here on out I will be sticking to periods where I am just unavailable, so don't expect a response from me and times where I will be hard to reach, so don't expect me to reply all that quickly. Other then that I will be back in a full management role with the two contracts we have left with the three team leaders across the two sheds being there as a back up.

I will be updating everyone on the current position of the business going forward next week on a post and we will entre a period of my stats focused management trying to improve our efficiency to help the business become profitable again and keep up with Australia Post standards.

I have a lot of paperwork to deal with over the coming weeks with peak planning, selling of vans and wrapping up of contracts. Also planning for the future to make sure we are still in business for the future to keep everyone employed.

I will be touching base with transport staff tomorrow for our last day with the contracts and I will be in the Baringa shed tomorrow as well, however, I am still jet lagged and suffering from the lack of sleep a 14 hour flight brings with it so I am not sure how productive it will be.

A quick thank you to everyone for last week in particular as for some reason wages were down a long way on normal. I will be looking into this further to find out what happened and see if we can replicate it more often, but just that alone has helped out a lot with both the business and my personal stress levels.
