Vehicle Audits and website update

We have audited scanners so now we move onto vans as our focus. We will be checking vans weekly from here on out. Team Leaders and other selected staff will be checking vans each week and reporting the results through the website to me so we can keep up do date a lot better on the conditions of the vans.

We have a measuring tool to measure the tread on the vans tires now in both sheds to manage tires wear a lot better. We will be also collecting when services are needed next for each van along with the current odometer readings and if the lights are all working. Checks will also be looking for damage on vans going forward too. Please help staff when these checks are being done, they are the biggest asset we have in the company and need to keep an eye on them better then we have in the past.

Finally I have rearranges the website slightly to help find some of the forms we need to fill out a bit better. Any feedback would be great.
