Update on Group Certificates

I have just got off the phone to the accountant and things are very close to being fixed with group certificates. They will have word to me today if the current situation where we have the correct group certificates are "Tax Ready" and the wrong ones are "Not Tax Ready" is good enough for you to all start doing your taxes. Once I know this I will let you know.
What will most likely happen from here is the ATO will need to do a manual adjustment of the two "Not Tax Ready" certificates and remove them from the system. They have been reluctant to do this as the process will take up to 10 working days.
Some quick background on why this has happened. The small business restructuring scheme that we went through in April and May to save the company changed the code for which I had to report my payroll to the ATO. This was done successfully but for what ever reason the ATO records have included all my data I sent off (minus the first two weeks in April) in the system under the old code and the new code.
This error has been an error that I have been dealing with for my monthly BAS in May but we had no idea it had effected the group certificates thill the 1st of July. There was nothing we could have done on our end to stop this, the ATO's system has made the error and my accountant and them have been working out the quickest way to fix this for everyone. Unfortunately, when my accountant rings the ATO it is hit and miss on if the person that they get to talk to understands or can even fix the issue.
Sorry again for this issue and hopefully we are nearly at the end of this drama.
