Welcome all to Wednesday, and yesterday I broke the sad news to the Baringa shed that our shed manager, Taylor Watts, is leaving us for another company. Taylor has been with us for basically three years now, she started with the company with no experience but ended up leading our expansion in Gympie, getting us through the floods in Gympie and the coming to Nambour and the eventual move to Baringa.
The past 8 months in particular we could not have gotten through so well without her in the role. We are extremely sad to see her go but wish her the best for everything she has planned for the future.
Taylor will be hard to replace but right now we are putting together a plan to help us through this period in the Baringa shed as we get ready for the new contract beginning on the first of July.
Taylor will be with us till next Friday, the 23rd of June. Please help us give here a great send off and let her know what an amazing job she has done for the company over the past 3 years.
