On time delivery data

We all know the 2 hour report and sectioning we have to do when we are delivering parcels each and every day (well transport, maybe you don't), well this is what it looks like on our end and for Australia Post. For a while lets work on getting this data looking better for us and Australia Post.

This is the data from yesterday, Thursday, the 2oth of July.

Over the last week we have definitely shown a good improvement and a lot of people are going great, especially yesterday. I have not really pushed this hard in the past and while it still isn't going to be a huge issue going forward, now we have the correct data on our end I can highlight it a lot better and see if we can get an improvement across the board.

If you have any questions about how to improve your numbers or just maintain your numbers please ask me when you see me next week but till then just make sure you are trying to get your sections at the right time allocation.

Also, rather then stopping to make sure you are on time if you are running early, I would prefer you to be early that day and adjust the sections going forward to maintain a good delivery rate and not work longer hours.
