Sorry for the delay in getting these numbers out to you all but we only received them yesterday.
Let's start with the good news. Well done team, it seems the 30 minute delay to starting in the morning in Baringa seems to have made some difference with the amount of hours overspent in the Maroochydore contract being cut in half. Slight rises elsewhere weren't significant, so for now, we will take it as a win.
Numbers can be slightly off as I iron out the issues with the spreadsheet but overall total hours did drop. I will take this chance to ask you all to please clock in and out on the day you work. When we pull the data to see how the week is going it looks good, then we realise people have not added their hours in for certain days. Also, if your numbers are put in the website it does help out with our daily tracking as well.
We are looking at the hours each day, so if something strange happened on your day that makes the hours look weird please let us know.
Here is the break down of hours by parcel contract:
Gympie - Parcels per hour - 17.37 (12.35 hours over spent)
Mooloolah - Parcels per hour - 15.88 (14.05 hours over spent)
Maroochydore - Parcels per hour - 15.59 (29.99 hours over spent)
So compared to last week we have
Gympie - Down 0.14 Parcels per hour (3.27 more hours over spent) - This was probably down to the injury we had on the job last week.
Mooloolah - Increase of 0.11 parcels per hour (2.49 hours less overspent)
Maroochydore - Increase of 3.02 parcels per hour (35.39 hours less over spent) This is what changing start times can do.
Total over spend was down from 91 hours to 56.39 hours, which is a great effort. Thank you all.
Let's keep chipping away at it over the next couple of weeks and see if we can make this place profitable for the rest of the financial year.
