Employees please check your emails

We are in the second week of testing the new payroll system and it is close to the time to turn off the old method of clocking on and off. We will soon completely move away from Quickbooks or Tsheets and start using Microkeeper from here on out.

However, some of you have not seen the welcome letter from Microkeeper that went out last weekend. Please check you spam folders as I have just resent them again. If you can please confirm all your details with this new program as soon as you can as well as download the app for your phone so we can start testing the app out fully.

A few notes so far are, if you miss a clock on please add a not to the clock on when you do. We do need to get into the process of clocking on properly though. You have a 15 minute window before your shift to clock on and it will automatically start you at your rostered shift. Secondly, the end time for your shifts on the roster are a best guess from me depending on the day. For full time staff that is when your shift ends and goes into overtime.

This app will allow me to control and manage things a lot better and is a lot less of a cost per month then the current system. There will be some issues as we change over but we will work through them as they arise.
