An important Milestone for the Business

I have not done one of these for a while; sorry, as you are all aware, things have been busy, and my mental health has been questionable over the past few months.
Firstly, well done on a mostly smooth Christmas in Maroochydore, and thank you for sticking it out at Gympie through the chaos that happened there. Overall, the numbers were bigger than expected for Christmas and into the new year, but I will cover that at a later date.
This post is a big one for me. It has been nearly twelve months since I first told you all about the grave danger the business was in and how we had a plan to fix that. I have talked to most of you about developments, but today, I want to fill you all in on a significant milestone that has been coming for a long time.
I met with my solicitor today, and we will begin the Small Business restructuring scheme on Monday. This process will take 35 days, with an option to extend it another 10 days if needed. This means the Business should be clear of the large ATO debt on the 13th or 23rd of May at the very latest.
From there, as long as we meet the small monthly repayment, we are clear and free to trade as if nothing happened. The ATO still has the right to knock this back. If they do, there is one more backup plan, but it will be tough to manage.
All in all, today's meeting went really well, and some very positive things came out of it. I am far more sure of our future, but we all still need to work together to keep the business profitable enough to stay afloat and not get back into trouble again.
Thanks for all your patience through these last twelve months. Hopefully, this brings a bit of clearer sailing from here on out.
