As you may have noticed, Australia Post is currently focusing on the 2-hour on-time delivery report. This report shows how many parcels you successfully delivered in your section 2-hour window. I can see this report daily, and while we have been improving, yesterday was not the best day for us.
This report will ONLY look at parcels put into your scanner sections BEFORE you deliver your first parcel of the day. So, parcels sectioned in after that first parcel don't appear on this report.
Overall, the company got 87.3% for the 2079 parcels on the report. Of the failers, only 29 were because the driver was late, and 236 were because the driver was earlier than expected.
Gympie, as always, did very well yesterday, with every driver getting 100%.
This means that of the 1336 parcels on the Maroochydore report, we got 80.2% of them on time. As reported above, the majority were early. Well done to Tayler Gale and Jamie Cooper for 100% reports yesterday, as well as Lee and Kerry getting all but one parcel in the correct time window.
Australia Post aims for 93% on a report like this, but we can get above 97% on most days. Can we all take a moment this week to work on adjusting our sections before we leave the shed to help us improve on this report?
The week ending 21/04/2024 data for Gympie looks like this.

The week ending 21/04/2024 data for Maroochydore looks like this.
